We first met him early in our home search at a house he was showing in the Sanford area and he immediately struck us as knowledgeable and honest. He knew all the facts about the house without being overly salesy. When it came time for us to formally engage a realtors for our home/land search, he was our first call. We weren't sure if we wanted to buy land and build a house or buy an existing house. We were also new to the Orlando area. Mel patiently led us through a several-month search in which he got us up to speed on the various areas of Orlando as well as the tradeoffs between buying or building.
